A great part of our job here at Luxury Adventures is being able to product test the properties and products we offer to our clients.  This last weekend myself and my husband and good friends took a quick weekend break at The Sofitel, in Auckland’s Viaduct harbour.

The Sofitel is in a great location to explore the city of  Auckland, close to great restaurants and bars, and only 10 minutes walk from the downtown ferry, where you can board a ferry to Waiheke Island, Rangitoto or Devonport.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sofitel Auckland, the luxury Internal Water view rooms are spacious and comfortable and tastefully decorated in neutral tonnes, the bathrooms are large with marble bathrooms with both a rain shower and deep soaking tub. The hotel has a spa, gymnasium and  20-metre indoor pool, and their own So Spa.  

The buffet breakfast was delicious, and all the staff very attentive and professional, looking forward to my next stay at the Sofitel, Auckland.
